The event, hosted by the German Society for Fat Science e.V., was the perfect opportunity to exchange information about current developments in the field of olive oil. For example, interesting presentations discussed in detail the innovations of the updated legal regulations for olive oils, modern analytical methods for quality testing, sensory analysis (including a practical part) and the issue of mineral oil residues. Of course, we were also on site for you.
