We are a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 accredited laboratory specialized in the analysis of food and bee products. Our competent team with more than 25 years of experience has extensive know-how and processes more than 300,000 analyses annually for national and international customers.
We provide comprehensive services that start with consultation and support for customer-oriented analysis – whether in person, by phone or by email. If you send us samples, they are registered, labeled with a unique sample number and given a barcode so that no mix-ups are possible.
The FoodQS team of experienced staff then takes care of your order quickly and reliably, because prompt processing of your samples is what distinguishes us. All measurements are constantly monitored and checked by well-trained specialist personnel and in accordance with the strictest quality management criteria.
Our company has a modern equipped laboratory, which enables us to determine authenticity and quality parameters as well as to analyze residues and contaminants in the trace amount. At our second location – the NMR Competence Center in Bayreuth – we offer analyses using modern nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. This technology replaces many individual analyses, is therefore cost- and time-saving and, from today’s point of view, indispensable for food analysis.
Our service is further rounded off professionally by the evaluation and assessment of the results, as well as the preparation of the test report.
Internal and external trainings as well as the participation in different working groups keep us always up to date with the latest developments. We are happy to participate in international events and present our research results to the interested audience.
