At the webinar “Current aspects around olive oil”, hosted by the Gesellschaft Deutscher Lebensmitteltechnologen e.V., we presented our NMR Olive Oil Profiling. In the presentation, we got to the bottom of the question whether NMR spectroscopy is suitable as a complete solution for the quality and authenticity analysis of olive oil.
