Today we would like to inform you that the NMR Juice-Profiling has received a major update to version 4.0. As a long-standing provider of the previous versions, we are pleased to be able to offer you an even more comprehensive solution for the authenticity and quality analysis of fruit and vegetable juices. We are sure you are eager to find out what’s new. One thing first – there’s a lot!

Here is a brief summary of the most important changes:

Improved quantitative analysis for IFU-relevant parameters : Alanine, Arbutine, Citric Acid, Ethanol, Fructose, Fumaric Acid, Galacturonic Acid, Glucose, HMF, Lactic Acid, Malic Acid, Phlorine and Sucrose.
– Implementation of the parameter formol number
– Update of the AIJN (European Fruit Juice Association) reference guidelines for the quantitative analysis
Database expansion by 50%, featuring now more than 49,000 reference juice samples
27 fruit type models
17 new country models, to check the country of origin of the juices
– Doubling of the number of models to differentiate NFC vs. FC juices
– New fruit content models
– Indication of possible molecules that cause the deviations, in case of the detection of atypical profiles
